As cool as a cabbage!

It’s not without reason that we are known as the cabbage and fermentation experts at Kramer! Even after five generations, we are just as excited to share our happiness and enthusiasm for sauerkraut and kimchi. That’s why we continuously strive to create the tastiest and most natural sauerkraut products. We also love to keep innovating, so we can make you just as enthusiastic about our fermentes as we are. Because let’s be honest, fresh unpasteurized sauerkraut remains one of The Netherlands’ biggest hidden gems.
